The trailing clock (caboose) reads a time ahead of the leading clock (engine) by gamma L beta/c

For Melissa Andromeda is the trailing clock, while it is today in the engine (Earth) it
is "the future" in Andromeda...the vote has alreday occured

For Mike, Andromeda is the leading clock.  The caboose clock (Earth) reads "today", so the
Andromeda clock must read earlier.

For Mike the train is moving in the postive x direction at velocity 1 m/s
