The direction due north is "straight down" from the NCP (which you found on the previous page using the pointers). Straight down of course means on the vertical circle (in blue: vertical circles go through zenith). I've put a green circle around the due north point. If you click in the green circle you should advance to the next question.
This doesn't work, probably your web browser's "imagemap" is screwed up.
