A British woman finally made it home for Christmas. Before last month's holiday, she went out to buy a Christmas turkey. She and her husband live in a cottage on Cape Wrath, at the northwestern tip of Britain. Getting inland involved a car drive, a boat trip and a bus ride. And snow blocked her return trip for almost a month. After the weather improved, she told the BBC: We knew when we moved here, it was going to be quite a harsh environment.
